Our prices include all taxes and fees. We wont surprise you with any hidden service charges or last minute fees. Our venue rental includes the space, parking for your guests, and seating/furniture.

Absolutely! Put together your dream team of professionals and together we’ll make your vision come to life. We do require vendors to have proper permits and liability insurance. If you need some help finding great vendors, here are our favorites.

We only host one event per venue per day.

You can lock in your date with a 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your event. If your event is booked within 60 days, full amount is due to secure your date.

We closely monitor updates on event policies and procedures set by the city of Kansas City.

As of April 30th 2021, Kansas City has lifted all capacity restrictions. The city is still encouraging those who are not fully vaccinated to wear masks when social distancing cannot be maintained.

All new bookings receive a free transfer date to an alternative available date within 12 months of their original event date with out any price increases. If clients prefer to cancel their event, they may use any funds paid towards a future event.
